Take a big picture look at what is going on from head to toe: your strength, your flexibility, how you walk and squat! Sleep, stress, and nutrition are discussed too. 


Develop a custom plan for your body. Specific changes that are easy to implement & fit into your schedule. Your breathing & posture will definitely be first on the list.
